Info on custom builder

Purchased a Surgeon Scalpel a while back out here, was built by a Dave Twomey? Not 100% on name, no messages in my history with whomever I purchased it from. Any info on that name, or similar I'd sure appreciate it. Was a custom Scalpel in 6.5 Creedmore, fluted barrel, bolt, fantastic build, just can't locate my info, sucks getting old lol. Thanks??
