Funny thing is... I've been a F-series superduty guy since High school. Ranger, Bronco, Excursion, Superduty... Ford loyalist. In 2012 my local Ford dealer pissed me off at a level of epic so huge... that I test drove a Ram. Bought a Cummins 3500. Before this truck, I never drove anything out of warranty. 3 years... 36K miles. Right before that.. gone for the next one.

My 2012 Ram (bought this very day... 2012) now has 110K on it. And I plan on running it at least to 200k.

I'm not a 'brand' guy. I think that at the high levels, all the trucks are about the same. And it's the dealers who make the difference. Right now, I am impressed as hell with my 3500. It's the only truck I've kept beyond warranty. And glad I did.

Cheers,

Sirhr

I've got a 2011 Ford F-150....5.0......just turned over 188,000........still got the original front brakes on it..........I'll drive it until it quits, or I retire...........which ever comes first.........

View attachment 6937009Frank Boardman "Pistol Pete" Eaton (October 26, 1860 - April 8, 1958) was an American author, cowboy, scout, Indian fighter, and Deputy U. S. Marshal for Judge Isaac C. Parker.
He was also known to throw a coin in the air, draw and shoot it before it hit the ground
Frank Eaton.....AKA Pistol Pete. Someone should make a movie about his life. The book is well worth the read. He is the official mascot of Oklahoma State University. When my dad was going to college they had his pistols on display. They were stolen one night. Very sad for the University. He is buried in the town of Perkins, Ok. It is near me. His story is as good or better than Pat Garret's.

Not really.

North, by definition, has a terminus, and once at the terminus, all points are South, or up (i.e. off the surface of the Earth).

If you keep heading east, at the 1/2 way point in your circumnavigation, you'll be west of your starting point, no longer east of your starting point.

So in fact, you'll be west and headed less west.
