Jerry, we have gone over this.

It’s not “ what kind of world are we leaving for children?”

It’s “ what kind of world are we leaving for Ruth Bader Ginsburg ?”

Need to just do away with corrupt institutions. Maybe it's time for a reset. These fucking drug addicts dying in office while making drug laws has to end. That mummy Rhenquist was on HIGH doses of Placidyl for most of the 70's and 80's and when they forced him off it, he was running up and down the halls at Walter Reed hallucinating that the FBI and CIA were trying to kill him. Placidyl, just so you know, was pulled off the market in late 90's and WAS one of the strongest sleeping meds ever devised; today you need a DEA license to get it (which means you can't unless you're Oprah rich).

But that wasn't enough to keep him from deciding major shit, including drugs in the workplace. Which didn't apply to him or he'd have had to resign.

If you have any illusions, just remember what they did to keep Gabby Giffords upright and acting lucidly functional for almost 13 months thereafter her attempted assassination. These folks play for all the marbles.

So how about a 10 dollar (U.S. dollar, for clarity) Day/Month/Year slot wager, with (say) a 4 day window either side. It wouldn't take long for such a thing to make worth-while, and it could be two-fold. Something such as:

Somebody is an actual winner, they get 1/2 the pot and the other half goes to a Majority agreed-upon charity.
Two guys are secondary winners, whereas the "date in question" comes between two people's "nominations" and they get 1/4 the pot each, and the other half goes towards the same Majority agreed-upon charity.

And the charity I'm talking about, would be like Recon & Sniper Foundation, or something like that.

Thoughts? Obviously, (if this is ok with Frank) this premise would have to be overseen by a few trusted members, but ya'll get the jist. It isn't really a lottery, it isn't really a raffle, it MIGHT be a 50/50 something, but it isn't a 'draw'. Not sure what this would be called.

"Down Payment on a Celebration?"

How about just skip the whole charity thing and let's just do a straight up deadpool pot and the winner (or winners) get all the cash. Time limit of say 1 or 2 years for fun. Then if nobody wins, the money stays in the pot and we go again with new bets with a dollar or so buy in.
