Locking Bolt offered on any custom actions?

Just seeing if there is any company out there that offers a locking bolt on safe for instance in a hunting application. Planning on building another hunting rifle but would prefer a locking bolt when on safe and packing it in the mountains. Thanks for the input!

I've had a Badger M2008 and M2013, both utilize standard Remington 700 Triggers and safeties, haven't seen a three position on a Badger Action.

All have 3 position safeties that lock the bolt shut.

I know you were looking for custom actions, the H-S Precision Rifles and actions have shroud mounted safety but I'm not sure if its a three position
