Best Rem 700 Action?

Hey, guys, I have a Proof 6.5 barrel blank that has been sitting around for a year now. I had planned on replacing the barrel on my GAP but it is still shooting lights out. So now I am thinking about just buying an action and having another stick put together. I currently have an AI and Manners stock I could put it in and also kicking around trying Magpul's new chassis and either put this build or one of my other rifles in it.

But anyway what would be the top 3 choices for a rem 700 pattern right-hand action for a 6.5? I want reliable and smooth. I kind of like the throw of an AI but not required.

why would I want a savage prefit barrel? Is this even possible using the Rem 700 platform?

A lot of the Rem 700 clones take Savage prefit barrels
