I've used Beltman for over twenty years everyday. I've bought three of them. My third one has a few years left. I prefer horsehide, no velcro. I've admired Milt Sparks belts, come precurved, though I've never found a reason to change. Mine end up curved soon enough. I prefer leather for belt and holster, mag pouch. I'm sure there are good synthetic alternatives, just never looked.
I got this one in nylon. I wear it and my EDC rig is a full-size Sig P320 and two extra magazines. I also carry an S&W 340 in my pocket-holster.
It does not slide down my waist. I am not constantly searching for the right hole in the belt.
I hardly know I have any guns on me most of the time.

My favorite carry belt that I wear 90% of the time is a magpul Tejas belt for the last 3 or 4 years. It just has no sag. I also have a black arch that I wear on dressier occasions because its black and slimmer. Only complaint with the magpul is the leather color just looks cheap to me.
I wear nylon-Ares Gear Aegis belt is my goto daily. There's many good ones out there if you want to get into the cobra buckle but I prefer the Aegis design.

This is what I wear.. Have only had it about 6-7 months now but it is comfortable, form fitting, and supports my 3.3” xds and spare mag IWB with ease. I have even shot a couple IDPA’s with it.

The best IMO would be to go to the Milt Sparks site and figure out what size belt you need to order. Probably one of the best gun belts available and it comes pre-curved (a shape it'll take on over time anyway). While you're there, get a VM2 holster for whatever pistol you carry and a mag holster. They're great, I have 3, all I use. Lots of people copy it but this is the original. Has a metal band in the mouth, different size loops or can tuck a shirt with clips, positive retention but very easy to reholster, conceals very well, my 15yo holster still works like new. This stuff will last forever, is VERY well made by hand and also maintains decent prices.
I think you need to get your order in ASAP though because I think they only accept order the first of the month due to backlogs. They have a long wait time and it used to be worse so they started accepting orders once a month only. Worth the wait though, well worth the wait.
If you have a 1911, even better because they offer a lot of holsters for 1911 that don't fit other models. They kinda cater to 1911's. But the VM2 is made for about every modern pistol and is the one you want regardless of what you carry. Everyone should have one, it's that good.
I have a double leather belt for carry, it doesn't fold or anything, but the guy that made 'em is dead now. A good belt is paramount for carry, that and the holster are more important than the choice of firearm really. I wish I had a Milt Sparks belt and someday I may get one, but the one I have is also good leather and still holding up. It secures the VM2 holsters and mag carriers.

There's something extraordinarily special about Milt Sparks leather products. I bought a fine Milt sparks gun belt, as described above, in the late eighties. I outgrew it and my oldest son still wears it.

They literally will last a lifetime, I do believe. I prefer their titanium buckle on the Combat Shooter's Model. I don't think they've had the titanium buckles available for quite a while, though.

These are good belts. Several of their buckle designs have half the buckle on either end. So, larger belt loops - and more time - are required in order to be able to thread the belt through the loops. Sharp looking and doesn't shout "Gun Belt!!!" like a rigger's belt does.

I run an Armour gun belt. It is very stiff for heavier guns (Sig 226 and 229) but he offers a dress belt which is a little thinner and probably more suitable for the polymer framed guns. They are an outstanding belt and he offers exotics as well.

Same here for the past year. This my favorite belt that I've ever owned because it doesn't sag.
Reading the responses here is interesting. Some guys like a belt that is pre-curved and some have said it does that over time. That's exactly what I hate about a traditional leather belt, the sag over time. The Tejas has zero sag after year one so I have finally found a good belt. (for me) If you like that sag, go with some of these options the other guys are talking about. Hope that helps as it seems there are two schools of thought here on gun belt fit.

If it's not leather it's wrong. And the horsehide belts from beltman are not full horse. Horween horse butt strips Max out around 48" which makes the horse hide belt I ordered from them impossible.
2 good w&c or Herman oak veg tan A grade tooling leather straps around 6/7 oz each barge glued and seen with 277 or 346 thread with a roller buckle can't be beat. Beltman belts are nice but just know what your getting.
