The entirety of JSOC and USSOCOM need to go back to boot camp so they stop acting like children, at a minimum they need some ultra-moto, cadence calling SgtMaj leadership with a heavy dose of regulation haircuts and shaves along with a month worth of JOB inspections to bring them back down to reality. Green Beret turned civilian contractor forgot a Green Beret only has to go through a crucible by choice after years of training. Not at the beginning when one doesn't know any better. Then again based on my experience it is easy to hide from a bunch of Marines and when they do find you having a female NCO to pull grade is very helpful.
