What is the story on bump stocks? Are they banned? If so, how could this ever be enforced? What if the device is not installed on the gun? How can a piece of aluminum or plastic be deemed a machine gun?

I can't see where any of this makes any sense.

Thoughts?

Maybe explain this question to the legislators, and/or your representatives, so that THEY can explain the logic and utopia of this 'law'. This way, enforcement can be clear, concise, and fair.

That work? Let us know what they say. :D

You kidding?
The list of crap related to gun regulations that are senseless is about endless.

Exactly. When has gun control ever made sense? Gun control laws are akin to me walking right smack into a door because my dumb ass was too busy looking at my phone and not paying attention, and then suing the property owner to have the door removed. Does that make sense to anyone?

Of course, the statists are going for total disarmament...But for the members of the public to buy up all of the ludicrous nonsense put out by these scammers, inexcusable.

No, not in a coma. I was active on here a little back then, but life got in the way. All my posts disappeared when the format changed.

I’m aware of what the atf says, but no bumpstock that I’ve seen can harness any energy. I guess I am wondering how they can change the rules without any vote, if this rules change is legal, and asking how any non mechanical device would apply.
