Just received my G3xr TT...
Never had to set a scope up this far back before, even took two LOP spacers out of my stock to get closer to it. Ran out of room on my pic rail and still had to push the scope back to near touching the housing with the ring.
Anyone else have this experience with a TT?

Is it possible that your diopter is not adjusted? That really don't look right. Have you tried to measure the actual relief for your scope and then compared to the advertised?

TT says 90mm (3.5") eye relief, if you are not getting that either you are doing something wrong or their is something wrong.

Look at the sticky on top of Sniper's Hide Rifle Scopes and make sure that you have not skipped any steps.

Diopter is adjusted, first thing I did.
And yep, actual measured eye relief is right at 3.5”. I guess it just looks strange. Never mounted any other scope before and got anywhere near running out of room for adjustment.

3.5 inches = 3.5 inches. Any scope you mount with a 3.5-inch eye relief will be in the same place.
The benefit you get with a TT scope, however, is the eye relief maintains a constant 3.5" at any magnification setting (good). Whereas on many other scopes, the eye relief changes depending on magnification (bad).

I'm 6' 2". I have my McMillan stocks maxed out on LOP spacers. And here's where my scopes sit. Everybody's body is different, I guess that's just how your stock fits you.
