So you are too poor to pay all the new taxes to pay for the flood of "immigrant" so the government comes and starts taking your household items & when that's not enough & they don't think stealing the wheelchair will get them enough money, they go steal your pets.

At least the good news is the person that purchased the dog is now suing the city & they'll spend more in legal fees than they got from raiding the poor folks house.
