Not sure; it's a target posted by a customer at PSA. The only info he provided with the photo was "Shoots fine."
bump stock/binary trigger will do that.

In all seriousness it isn't great, but for a 10 year old OR a friend that "forgot" ammo it is perfect. Once I took my daughter out, set up a target (steel dueling tree for 22lr) a table, a brick of 550 federal. Put Her Walther 22 pistol on the table and said "have a ball".
When I was done shooting about 30 rds of 300 WSM, I went to tell her I was done. She said "so am I" I looked and the box was empty, she was down to her last 2 mags. 10 rounds at a time and she loaded them all herself. She also hit one of the paddles enough to break the weld and have it fall off, she just kept shooting at the 3 left. I was glad she was shooting the cheap stuff. She was around 13 at the time.
