So, I've watched a lot of this dude's videos over the years...

Here's a recent one that's relevant:

Here's one of my favorites:

Now... Watch this motherfuckin' interview...

Curious what y'all think. I'll post my thoughts on it tomorrow.

Many folks panic and break down when they are in an interrogation room, especially if they do not know how the justice system works.

The main thing is, you DO NOT want to give the interviewers any hooks they can grab on to. Even if you are completely innocent, the second you start trying to "talk your way out", you are fucked. Because the interviewers are trained in using multiple tactics to make you dig yourself into a hole so deep you cannot even see daylight anymore.

Ask for a glass of water. A cigarette, or anything like that. That is okay. Other than that, shut the hell up. Even if it seems like normal casual chit-chat, it is not. You WILL be digging yourself down before you know it. There is nothing that compels you to acknowledge any question. Do so at your own risk.

I believe the phrase I would use is, "With all due respect, Detective, I'm invoking my Fifth Amendment right to stay silent and would like to speak to my attorney who will be in contact with you."

If you say anything other than that... you're on your own. Don't say I didn't try to help you.

Question??? How did he know "she was sleeping in between her two older sisters" behind a locked door???

Dude done fucked up by saying that.... Is a registered sex offender... Trying to outsmart the cops who have done a full background check on him and already interviewed people associated with his background.....

He's fucked.... As he should be.

To you cop-haters, It's our job to confront shitty, dirty, slimy, filthy people with information using assorted interview and interrogation tactics. It's called gathering as many victim and witness statements as possible, gathering as much other evidence as possible.... Getting the suspect to cop out to one story, then presentation of facts to the suspect which contradict their bullshit. That's what these detectives did, and they did it well. This dude is a piece of shit. If you don't like the tactics the detectives used, then don't do shit to get them used on you.

Easy solution: don't molest children.

I think you have missed the entire point of this thread.
I don't think you watched the videos.
I don't think you think you need to watch them.

He is not a convicted sex offender.

anyone who talks to an interrogator is a fool.

my nephew, long story short, he was attacking school staff, other students, and even responding police officers.....in second and third grade. all because no one would tune him up. his mom finally agreed to let him come stay with his dad and me. anywho....kid had a preganant teacher and i told him if he touched that woman, i’d skin his ass. of course, having never been held to account, he tested the theory. and while he did get a spanking, it wasnt half as good as i got when i was a kid.
so mom (the root of the problem) finds out and calls the cops on me. and one of the detectives was hell bent on nailing me to the cross, facts be damned. i flat out told him i wasnt talking to him after he lied to me for the third time. and when i declined to talk, and said i will not talk to you without my attorney present, he told me “you are not entitled to an attorney yet because you havent been charged.”.

dude is a scumbag, and i have since learned a lot more about him. i cant wait until his wife leaves him in a massive debt hole and he decides to suck start his service pistol. i aint much for hating people, but that guy can kick rocks.

as a footnote to this story...i left out a lot of sidestories that tie into this, in the interest of brevity.

you’d stand a better chance stepping into the ring with the heavyweight champion of the world than you would talking to a police detective. if they are “interviewing” you, you can bet your ass it isnt because they want to help you.

My thoughts:

That dude has some serious balls doing what he does while being who he is...
Cops asked great questions and really put him in a fucked up position.
Don't ever EVER EVER EVER talk to the police.
WTF was he thinking posting that interview on youtube?

My favorite question: "Do you want to give us any information to follow up on on your behalf?"

I'm even more impressed now that none of the LEO around these parts have shot this dude or even treated him badly.

I didn't know this dude was a registered sex offender before.

Look at this crazy shit:

I think he's pretty fucked, and maybe rightly so, but there's definitely a lot of wtfery taking place here.

he told me “you are not entitled to an attorney yet because you havent been charged.”.

you are correct about being a fool if you willingly talk to an investigator or any law enforcement officer. If we are contacting you reference a possible crime, we are not your friend. We are going to do precisely what happened to you in order to see if the person being contacted will "Crack" and spill the beans.

It is an absolutely horrendously stressful feeling. I can empathize because about 7 years ago, I was the subject of an internal investigation where my department was trying to pin all kinds of shit on me which I absolutely did not do. Higher ups at my PD had been pen-fucking me (writing me up for bullshit) for a while in efforts to fire me. This "internal administrative investigation" was their final overt attempt to make me go away.

They violated all kinds of due process, and other state-mandated procedural law, etc when trying to nail me down. That story is a doozy, but in the end they ate crow and the whole "investigation" was "wholly and completely unsubstantiated" because, well, I was telling the truth. The other officer involved in the same incident received the "kid gloves" treatment because he was seen as a "witness" not "involved" as the investigation as claimed. Like herpes, I never really go away........

After that experience I became very understanding of the feelings a "subject" can experience when talking to investigators about an event which would absolutely have life-altering consequences.

The irony is while the admin was fucking with me for that 2-3 year time span, there were two other "chosen ones" you know, the "golden children" who get all the good assignments because they kiss the right ass, etc....

...these golden children had used our association/union fund accounts as their own personal piggy bank for a couple years and $55,000 was documented to have been missing from our bank accounts..... Charges were filed and people lost their jobs.

Magically, after that incident was uncovered, the Admin finally got off my ass.

I digress.
@clcustom1911 my apologies.

So the brief reference detectives made to the dairy Queen chick was the crime he was convicted and sentenced from?

So @QuickNDirty touche, got me and some others. I fail to see the point of this exercise.

There are craploads of criminals and dirtbags police refrain from killing every day, so?

Apology accepted, sir. I fully reserve the right to give you shit in the future though ????

Remember that time you thought I was wrong and you were right about the thing with the guy at the place, but I ended up being right?

That was awesome.

i fully realize the depths of scum detectives and cops have to deal with all too often. what ends up happening is, most times...they start viewing everyone with a suspect eye. they assume everyone is a scumbag; that is their default position and everything they do is to try to prove that-even if that means twisting things to reach their preconcieved notion.

and how it is they can outright lie and not held accountable is outragous to me. for that detective to tell me “you are not entitled to an attorney because you havent been charged yet” was complete and utter bullshit. and you ask me, right then and there, he should have been fired.

i fully realize that in the course of investigating, they get lied to constantly. and i fully realize that there are times where lying is beneficial to nailing some guilty p.o.s.. but when someone flat out tells them they want their attorney present, and they lie and say ‘you are not entitled’, that should be their job. done. fuck you, turn in your shit.

I know someone that was accused of molesting the youngest of three step daughters.
The youngest was a spoiled brat, her father was on disability and was trying to undermine the new marriage by putting shit into the kids head.
Then there was the cheif of police that liked the guy's wife.
Long and short of it, me and him had a talk about this.
I talked him into letting me wire his home for video and sound to show mom what was going on.
I had the feed piped to an off site server.
After a couple of months of the kid following the rules and the dad telling the daughter she didn't have to listen to my freind ,it happened.
We knew she was going to pull some shit, but never fathomed she would lie and take it all the way.
Now comes the police cheif thinking he's going to be the hero with my buddies wife.
My buddy got arrested, kept his mouth shut until him,me and his attorney had a meeting with the minds.
I presented over 2-1/2 months of video to refute everything she made up.
The guy was awfully lucky that he had people telling him shit was going to go sideways, not for us,he'd still be in jail or dead.
BTW,the cheif lost is job,the dumb ass was getting blowjobs from a young probationary officer,SHE USED THE DASH CAM ON HIM.
Asswhipe lost his command, community standing and his family.
His wife cleaned him out.

But child molestation is a fucked up crime.

in the end...it always comes around. i’ve been around long enough to see it play out time after time.

got stories of a town cop where i used to live that was famous for harrassing women until he got what he wanted. he just kept getting braver and braver. started chasing younger and younger women, up until the women turned into high school girls. it all caught up with him, it took 20ish years, but it got him. unfortunately, dude aint in jail where he belongs, but he lost everything else.
