I really do wish social media would crash, across the board. Done. No real good comes of it. Not to mention, all the cyber bullying and suicides that are caused by it in teens.

My kids were asking me about Momo the other night.
How do you explain to them there are people in the world that try to talk children into killing themselves for fun yet still try to keep your kids, kids so you can enjoy the way they look at the world all innocent like?
It always amazes me how masses of people follow a buzz and hop on a bandwagon just because other people are doing it/looking at it. Sheep. And they outnumber the free thinkers 10:1. Good luck at the polls boys.
Probably better for them to be less all innocent and happy, if that means being more prepared to survive in the increasingly harsh jungle.
You'd be surprised how young kids can accept and be fine with knowing the dangers around them if you teach them about it.
Right. My son is almost 4 and im already stock piling big wheel vehicles, bikes, scooters, and a trampoline. Trying to keep him outside as much as possible. He is already in love with rifles since he was barely 2. If he never cares about any of the online shit, it wont be a problem. In theory...

^^^ my only suggestion would be to get him used to 'eye-protection' as soon as possible. That way, whenever the guns are out, the eyes are on.
Call me biased, call me paranoid, call me a safety nazi. I was lackadaisical about it too, until the day my .22 Cooey exploded. If it weren't for the Serengeti sunglasses I was wearing at the time, all the shrapnel that scratched them up (into my forehead) would have gone into my eyes.
I found out the next day, that there was a .22 ammo recall being advertised. This was back ~94ish. Until that moment, I never thought it was possible.

I have safety glasses everywhere.
When I first started in the trades there wasn't to much emphasis put on personal protection.
Personal safety protection is a must, after awhile it becomes second nature like you said.
I heard that you can now hire a click farm to get your post count up so you can sell things 30 seconds after joining!
