The hippies of the 60's became the professors and teachers that began the brainwashing. My oldest niece honestly believed I was a racist because I wouldn't vote for Obama. Even after I explained that my opposition was based on policy differences, it just didn't sink in. So I told her if he was a conservative and was pro life, pro gun, for smaller govt, for lower taxes, and believed the constitution means what it says, I would vote for him. She gave me a deer in the headlights look. Eleven years later and she's starting to come around. There is hope, but time is not on our side.

I consider Bill Ayres the general representative of this population and he is still a back stage string puller.
The problem for them is that they are long in the tooth and desperate to see their lifes work in place before they die.
They are the ultra committed brains of this shit and using vast accumulated wealth to fund their dream.

Sure he has supported the liberal expenditures that have ruined these cities but now he is pulling away investment because he doesnt want to lose his money.
