I have stopped being surprised by the political theater of both parties. It used to be mostly Federal government that had the big political theater performances, but it has trickled down to state, county, and city governments too.
I am no longer impressed by the theatrics of either party. When "the people" finally start regularly voting out the politicians who are more interested in theatrics than actually running government, or when politicians actually end up serving lengthy jail sentences I might be impressed.

I was at the Levittown riot and it was not caused by a trucker . Trenton NJ police followed those truckers across Rt 1 and the Delaware . You should try and hire some high school or college kids these days. Zero common sense and no basic skills of any kind. There are some good ones but few and far between. This is what happens when minimum wage and OSHA keeps kids under 16-18 from getting jobs and learning things.

Sadly, I’ve seen some of these assholes fresh out of school come in and basically straight up yell hiring managers they won’t work for such and such but want like $85k starting pay, benefits and 5 weeks vacation while working from home and the damn companies give it to them. When I’ve inquired about why they just follow it up with something along the lines of, “these are new times and we must be competitive to draw new blood!!!” Talk about being pissed off. What about all the guys that had to work up to that, prove themselves and so on? It’s happening and it’s ridiculous and then the dumbasses wind up leaving and going somewhere else to find another sucker to hire them. Simply amazing to me. The old guys that stick around get screwed and if one of them goes and tries to argue some of the same points to get a raise or vacation or whatever they are told they can move on if they like. They don’t even respect the people that have given them 20 years, made the companies what they are and so on. It’s sad really. No respect whatsoever for the guys that got you there. As I recall, they objected to the governor giving teachers the 'option' of joining the teachers' union, and stopping the state from collecting their dues for them. Dems lost their minds ,even forcing a recall election. Teachers took over the capital building for several weeks causing 450k in damage. Teachers 'taught' gradeschool students the 'art' of peaceful protest in their selfish behalf . High praise to Repubs for finally standing for something much more important than a labor union.
