Should just install apps in phones connected to the automobile's ECM. That way the cops could constantly monitor drivers. It would work like redlight cameras.... use your phone, get a ticket in the mail; speed, get a ticket in the mail. I'm sure it would never be abused and traffic cops would be obsolete. Just need a bunch of computer nerds.

Actually I support that, too many morons fixated on their phone instead of driving. I use hands free for calls and ignore anything else....

I got so pissed of at a girl swerving all over the road while texting yesterday. I rolled my window down and threw my beer at her.
