RIP Terry Jones - Director of Monty Python's Life of Brian
Jones's acting speciality was dressing up in drag and impersonating an endless series of unconvincing women with ridiculous squawky voices...

Terry Jones, RIP

RIP Terry. Huge Python fan for over 40 years.
At one point he had directed 3 out of 4 or 5 films banned in the Republic of Ireland. That is huge cred!
My favorite is "Life of Brian" --the part where the guy comes out of the refrigerator singing a song about the statistical size of space and significance of life is just brilliant. And believe it or not, that part was put in there to be educational!
Then how about the time they did the WHOLE thing in German. It was German wasn't it? Been a while.
Some of his most recent stuff though was narrating and hosting historical documentaries, did one recently on Rome.
Unfortunately it has spread.I had to google that. Banning satire, that’s insanity!
