Hello all, I am a new member here and just figured I would share what I am working with right now.

I am using a factory Savage 110 Tactical Desert rifle in 6.5 Creedmoor. Added an Ultradyne Tanker brake and a Vortex Viper HST. The goal for this rifle was to have something I could rely on for precision while spending less than $1800 for the whole package. I have about $1500 into it so on the lower end of what I would consider a precision rifle setup.

Obviously I hand load all of my ammunition and the load is as follows.

Hornady brass Trimmed to 1.905"
140 grain Sierra Matchking (seated at the lands) not jammed, just at the lands.
41 grains H-4350
CCI 200

Avg velocity 2769
ES 15
SD 6

Very happy with this load. The following photograph is a target I shot yesterday. I don't usually keep my targets, but I take photos when I am working on or fine tuning a load.

All my accuracy testing is done with 10 shot groups and velocity is measured over a string of ten shots

Thank you, it took a lot of fine tuning and playing with barrel time to get that barrel to shoot that well.
I was shooting 42 grains of H-4350 with a .030" jump with a slightly higher velocity. The reason I reduced the powder charge and put the Ogive at the lands was in an attempt to decrease barrel time without spiking pressure too much. I was at the upper end of the barrel time node with the old load, so far it would appear I was successful. I lost 30 FPS, but cut my group size in half.
