Hello Everyone, First time in on this Forum stuff. Also a new owner of the M1A Scout Squad Rifle with a Walnut Stock. This I will have to get used too.

I've got one in synthetic stock I bought 20 years ago shortly after they came out. Great gun, fun for shooting steel with surplus ammo.
What upgrades do you recommend such as glass bedding and or trigger work, etc. you know the usual questions to things like this.
I'm afraid I can't be of much help there as I've left it stock, except for the Sadlak scope mount and scope. We have some guys here that are very familiar with the M1A and I'm sure can provide some advice.
