Having fixed Ford’s, Chevys, BMW’s, VW, Mercedes, and various others professionally for over twenty years now. The only thing that really changes is the hood ornament. Their all pieces of shit!

For some irony. You want to buy American, buy a Mercedes SUV, lol. All of their SUV’s are made and assembled in Tuscaloosa Alabama since 2005, and now the C-class, go figure.
Pic off my 2011 ML- class for giggles.

I have the privilege of working on everything as well. Im a chevy guy, my dad was a Chevy guy ( owned all Pontiac cars in the 60's and 70's), my grandpa work at a ford garage for 40 years, never drove one. Anymore I think all the engineers that design these vehicles are right out of college and never turned a wrench in their life. They are all a pain in the ass to work on. I hate emission shit.

Put down little over 600hp at the wheels on pump gas with about 17lbs of boost retuned. Could of easily made 1000hp, but got tired for lighting money on fire.

Fuck yeah they are!!!! There is a reason why technicians of all types bitch and curse so much!! I jumped ship from Ford to Mercedes back in 02. I will say this. Benz is much more forgiving to work on then Ford and MASSIVELY easier when it comes to warranty claims. Mercedes will replace a $3,000.00 door panel to fix just a squeak vs Ford wty bitching over a $20.00 panel clip.

I like Chevy, Ford, Dodge, Pontiac, Olds And Buicks. If you got enough money and horsepower you can make a cinder block fly! I worked at an airport that was an old Navy base, I used to run for lunch, some guy in the hanger had a Mustang similar to yours. He ran that thing down to the road next the runway, that car was stupid fast! When I jogged into the parking lot he was there with the hood up. I think he had a Paxton supercharger on it! Your car reminds me of it ! (y) :ROFLMAO:

I was told by a guy once that I could make a small fortune with a car like that. I said how's that? He said start with a large one. 😂
AHAHAHAHAHA...... LOLOLOLOLOLOL! ! It’s so fucking true it’s not funny. You dump tens of thousands of cubic dollars into go fast and shinny cars, only to get pennies on the dollar if your lucky.

And I’m dumb cause if I had the money I would build a Factory Five Racing Daytona Coupe. 302 long rod setup with Kinslinger individual runner fuel injected intake, naturally aspirated spinning 7000 rpm, Canton Engineering multi plate mini clutch..... 550-600 engine hp in a 2500lb car!! Turbos and superchargers are fun and all, but the sound of high compression revving away on 100 octane!! Ok relax now getting all excited here.

Race bikes and motocross bikes are the same! Of course now that I think about it, boats, campers, kids, guns (and women) can be endless pits of money!

My buddy still has his black 97 with the 5 speed. He bought it brand new. It's got just over 30k miles on it. I have a 96 Trans am WS-6 that I bought with 6k miles on it 2 weeks before he got his. Mine has just over 40k on it now. Man we had fun with those cars. I was 19 when I got mine and he was 23. Tires were expensive back then for those 17" rims. 😂😂 They were bad ass back in the day. Now most V6"s are putting out more power. 😂

As much as I love the classic muscle cars, I wanna drive it, not stare at it in the garage. When I finally sold the Mustang, it had 112k miles on it. I drove the shit out of it.

In those pics, those are Michelin Pilot Sport Cup R’s. P315/30R18’s o the rear with a 40 tread wear rating. New they only came with 6/32’tread, but they sure do stick when hot. For perspective for you non automotive types. Typical performance street tires come with 8/32’s tread depth and 350 a wear rating. That equates to about 20k on normal driving. A 40 rated tire might last 6k miles, might.

You wanna play, you gotta pay!

Few more gratuitous shots....

You guys have to slow down. When I sign on and there are three pages of new "Motivational Pics" to read by the time I read those there are another three.
Only BarnyBob, Jefe's Dope, Steel head, and Zorrosdens should be allowed more than one post per day.
Most of it is nothing but your egotistical showing of trucks, engine blocks now album covers and other non inspirational garbage.
Why is it that you think that most of us care about the car you owned twenty years ago. The truck fetish of some members is long past tiresome. We don't care what you drive. Go start a truck forum and leave this forum as it was.
