You are mistaking me for someone who thinks current masks are effective at preventing transmission. I do not, but to say there has not been one study done with a positive efficacy is just a blatant lie. It does not mean the study was sound or proves a damn thing but the studies do exist.
You’re quoting the WHO as a source to show the masks don’t work, while at the same time saying the virus isn’t real, even though the WHO has been emphatically saying it is. Do you not see how ridiculous that is?

Look, I'm not going to disassemble your post point-by-point. This is the internet, after all. No arguments are won, they just keep chasing their own tail. Having said that, I took two semesters of constitutional law in college, and it was one of the best decisions I made educationally in my life. So, I will just generally say that I do not agree with the argument that you've laid out. It is not nuanced to account for the exceptions that have been ruled on and reaffirmed by the Supreme Court many times. But, if you feel strongly that your argument has substantial Merit, and you believe you have grounds, then your recourse is to initiate a lawsuit, that might even end up right there in the Supreme Court again.
