At work accidently stuck my thumb in a router Jan 31 of 19.
They took the meat from back of finger to fill the hole in my thumb. Hard to graft directly onto bone. Took graft from groin going into thigh to cover finger.

A week after accident. Before surgery.

After getting wrapping off on finger. Zipper down hand was to get blood vessel for graft. Graft was passed under skin to get to thumb.

Butt was down to muscle, left heel was down to bone.

Hwy patrol measured 370’ I slid/rolled.

I’ll never be a speedo model again.

Yep. If I can locally numb ya, problem solved. If not, then it's off to sleepy land with Ketamine or Propofol. "10, 9, 8, sixxxxxxxxzzzzzzz....... (20 minutes that don't register in the brain) 2...1.. wait it's done? God bless conscious sedation the gnarly ones.

We always tell folks they are getting “Jackson Juice” or “Michael’s Milk” and hope they have a jacked sense of humor.....
Then we explain the airway equipment snd why it is safe for us to use and they are cool.
Most people laugh at the joke.

I'm hanging in there. Someone told me to try Claritin to help the Neulasta side effects and it seems to help some. I haven't felt up to going to the range yet, maybe next week before my next treatment. I did end a pesky squirrel, that was tormenting my dog. So one shot from a silenced 22lr has been it. Thanks, for asking.

Those guys are funny and entertaining. We had 1 years ago and within 10 minutes I taught him how to play dead after I shot him. It was hilarious.
