Action wrench is simple.
Barrel vice can be a simple viper or something like the SAC.
Know that you may need to make a relief cut on the factory barrel. Theyre tight
And if you don't have it already. Fix it sticks or other torque wrench

Just be sure you have the best barrel vise and one helluva cheater bar. The Tikka barrel tenon is soaked in a thread locker (Rockset or Loctite) and removing the factory barrel isn't the easiest thing to do.
