first of all, i voted for trump and of course wished he had won. and if there is fraud to the extent that it made him lose, then i hope that is brought to light and he is ruled the victor.
the problem is that the answers NEED to be spoon fed. you don't win in court just by saying there was massive fraud. you win by presenting actual evidence, actual transactions, etc. pretty sure if trump or anyone else had actual material evidence he'd be spouting that actual evidence on twitter etc and not just generically claiming 'massive fraud.'
I recon that is why they are trying to get their day in court. Going public with evidence before then can cause multiple problems.

Hint: the electors have not voted. Further, the process that allow them to vote has been called into question. Even if they do get to the point where they vote, still not over... VP has to agree. If he doesn't accept it then it goes to basically Phase 2.
And for those claiming the Trump is losing in court, not really. The judges are simply not allowing the evidence to be presented. That is not the same thing as no evidence has been presented.

Who has the proof of mass fraud? The election precincts. Trump goes to court claiming fraud. Brings data supporting and stacks of affidavits affirming fraud. Courts say there's no proof; go away. He cannot get the hard proof if the cases are thrown out. The people that committed the fraud aren't just going to hand it over without court orders.
I hope for the best, but realize if we're thinking the courts / legal system will do their job, we haven't been paying attention. It's all corrupted to the core. If anyone knows of a way to straiten that out that doesn't look like 1861, let's hear it. Otherwise...

If President Trumps team has the evidence in hand, then it would be a hedge against the court systems corruption. Go through the process, and if denied proper redress, THEN present it to the public.
So a guy that couldnt excite more than a couple dozen people to show up to hear him speak in person all the sudden drives people to the polls to support him in greatest ever numbers?

I think the difference is the fake votes that had to be pulled from thin air to overcome the massive amount of votes Trump got.
Trumps huge margin caught the fraud machine off guard which is why we had the vote counts stop, resulting in the spiked entries.
At most they expected Trump to be 3-5% ahead of Biden. Trump would never get more votes than Obama.......they were wrong.

As I understand it, all that has to happen is for the GOP to contest the vote, based on fraud or whatever. Then it goes to a vote, one per state. SCOTUS doesn't have to get involved, and it may be, why they haven't (yet).

The information/evidence hasn't been given to the media on purpose. They have proven to be enemies of our Republic and cannot be trusted to use the information correctly. They twist everything to fit the communist agenda. Just look at how they misquoted Barr. Just because your not seeing it on CNN/MSNBC/FAUX/ABC/CBS/NBC does not mean it's not happening. This is a battle for our Republic, and you don't give the enemy your battle plans. They (the media) will find out when we find out... and even then, they will twist the story to make it sound like Trump cheated and stole the election from Biden.
There's actually a couple of other options, even if SCOTUS fucks us. They're less guaranteed, but states are nevertheless moving in that direction.
The state legislatures can drop a nuke. At the time this article was written, this was actually a pretty accurate article.
Today, however, PA, AZ, and MI are moving in that direction. In MI today at 6PM, I think Giuliani's testimony will have the possibility of determining whether or not they invoke that nuclear option.

That was the intended result the whole time......have Trump lose by a small percent.
They didnt count on Trumps big turnout and it fucked up the algorithm causing them to resort to having to create the ballots to match the results.
They couldnt point to Bidens 5 trailer loads of votes and say "Winner!" as they sat parked next to Trumps 10 trailer loads.
I agree with the premise, but the substance is a bit off from what I understand.
In states with actual ballots you need to:
1.) Manipulate the vote to give your guy the win
2.) Back that win up with ballots
3.) Not get caught
3 obviously didn't happen, but 1 and 2 were going to have to play out one way or another, hence the very awkward pause in counting, and one that ostensibly was a result of a water leak. (Spoiler alert: Sidney Powell has security camera footage of that night in GA, and there was no water leak, and some brave souls stayed behind after everyone else was skedaddled, who kept counting fucking ballots til 1AM)
I would argue that, if anything, they were actually pretty well prepared for Trump's actual turnout. They had plenty of ballots this time. Last time, not so much.
Well Dominion has the capability to print ballots from the PDF according to what is out there.

Expecting we would be going to bed about 2300 or so (remember we work) the intent was we would go to bed seeing Biden leading by a thin margin or Trump winning by a thin margin.
That way on waking in the morning there would be no shock.
Waking up seeing 10% leads eliminated was shocking.
and to the vote count curve.....resulted in vote dumping spikes they had hoped to avoid.
It was one of those, "I don't fucking care what you have to do, fucking do it!" moments, for sure.

No doubt that they saw the machines of the communist (Dominion, ES&S, etc, etc) could not make up the difference and then injected Plan B into the loop but were overzealous and put in an step function of votes instead of sliding them in here and there which would have been at the noise level. There is ZERO doubt this election is on the cusp of being stolen, not from republicants, but We the People!!!!
Certainly if this was a grand jury, this would already be in the courtroom. There is beyond enough evidence to get to court; and, in my opinion as a former jurist, plenty to convict/overturn as well.
