I was well aware of the AK requirements and nixed the idea based on our ages and the costs for everything. Even trying to be self sufficient in a more forgiving location is a young persons game and you need children to help. We have no illusions and just live out here to be away from people and the urban rat race.Until she preps for and does a winter in the AK bush.
Maybe she is one of a small group who can do that well. It aint easy.
Even better was Range 15. I met Mat and some of the cast when they previewed the movie in 29 Palms.Watch the Black Rifle Coffee sci-fi skit about being chased by zombies..... fucken hilarious.

I was making snow angles tonight after my sauna, but that view isn't appropriate for anyone...Snow stopped 45 minutes from sunset. Mad scramble to clear the deck, get gear ready, etc... Snow Angel with 6 sent at 655 yards.

Why are the helmets mirrored? Is that where their heads pressed together?Boys got little helmets today. They both have slightly asymmetrical heads due to being very growth restricted in the womb. Helmets are for purely cosmetic reasons. They seem fine with them but it was a little heartbreaking seeing them both for the first time. View attachment 7519954View attachment 7519955
Yeah, it's where they were pressed together. My wife has an odd shaped uterus, which we didn't find out until the emergency c-section. Her odds of carrying twins that survived was less than one in 500 million. Why are the helmets mirrored? Is that where their heads pressed together?
Your family is blessed!Yeah, it's where they were pressed together. My wife has an odd shaped uterus, which we didn't find out until the emergency c-section. Her odds of carrying twins that survived was less than one in 500 million.
I realize that every time I think something is getting hard.Your family is blessed!
Gus is the little guy. What is Hank's brothers name? Sorry, I can't remember.

She has a bicornuate uterus. Twins are extremely rare. It's the reason they were so early. Her uterus couldn't expand to accommodate them without separating from the uterine wall and causing a major bleed. It's also why the doc early on discussed potentially aborting Gus. They didn't think he'd make it and we might lose both.Wow!!
Doctors dont always know much about odds.
they told my mom she would never live 36 years ago.
I just texted with her a little bit ago....
helmets look good.
hopefully they dont need em later like their dad...
glad the boys are doing well. The helmets are cute. But I wont lie, as long as they arent hurt or sick, I will probably think that. Those two are adorable.

Low crawl is out, had enough of that crap in a previous life. No video, decided I kinda like this barn and the people that run it. The rock pole was given a pass.......for that dayHow far would depend on what starting position you used. Running, standing, prone low crawl? Whichever you choose, we'll need video with commentary, both ascending and descending.
It’s grown on me faster than I thought. Not as jeepy as I remember the older versions and still has some utility. Paired with that diesel, it has some good power for what it is.That Gladiator thing is growing on me.
Kraus I think. It’s just what Lowe’s stocked. 33” sink in a 33” cabinet because the original builder cut the hole too big. It was fun....Really nice! what brand is that? I need to replace ours.
i expected to see a shot in the cockpit drinking scotch w the stewardessHi,
