This may be a poor question, But I pulled the bullets from 50 loaded 223 so that I could change the charge. I did not resize the case before reseating. Will this cause me any issues? Thanks

Chances are pretty good you will.
Measure neck diameter, then seat a bullet and measure again.
if you're neck tension is where you want it, you're good.
If not, then you'll have to at least neck size to get it back to where you want it.

Push the bullet against the edge of your bench if it doesn't move or at least doesn't move easily you are good. If it moves, well you'll know what to do.
If its a bolt action, you SHOULD be fine.
If it is a gas gun, when the bolt slams the round intro the chamber you will have
an automatic kinetic bullet puller.
If you pull the bullets resize the neck, a bullet pushed into the case neck works like a expander.

Yes the bullet did not get any fatter since the last time you pushed it into the neck
but the neck outside diameter was smaller the first time.
There's no way for us to know because you haven't provided any data that will let us evaluate neck tension
You've already reseated the bullets, may as well go shoot them and find the answer for yourself.
