Did I make a Mistake

Chances are pretty good you will.

Measure neck diameter, then seat a bullet and measure again.

if you're neck tension is where you want it, you're good.

If not, then you'll have to at least neck size to get it back to where you want it.

If its a bolt action, you SHOULD be fine.
If it is a gas gun, when the bolt slams the round intro the chamber you will have
an automatic kinetic bullet puller.

If you pull the bullets resize the neck, a bullet pushed into the case neck works like a expander.

Should be fine. If the necks are work hardened, you may see accuracy issues, which you'd likely see anyway. I've pulled and reseated with the puller w/o noticeable issues.

That being true I agree, But will this case the quality of the load to change?

There's no way for us to know because you haven't provided any data that will let us evaluate neck tension

You've already reseated the bullets, may as well go shoot them and find the answer for yourself.
