“After careful consideration of the respective counsels’ arguments, I have concluded that President Trump is guilty of the charge made by the House of Representatives. President Trump attempted to corrupt the election by pressuring the Secretary of State of Georgia to falsify the election results in his state. President Trump incited the insurrection against Congress by using the power of his office to summon his supporters to Washington on January 6th and urging them to march on the Capitol during the counting of electoral votes. He did this despite the obvious and well known threats of violence that day. President Trump also violated his oath of office by failing to protect the Capitol, the Vice President, and others in the Capitol. Which part is the lie? People have taken the fake quote about the Georgia investigator and used it to invalidate the real quote from the conversation with Raffensperger, which, as far as I know, is completely true, and was an outrageous mistake to make on a phone call. But more importantly, none of that invalidates what I said. Those votes were meaningless, they didn't change the outcome of anything. Votes that mattered, he was good on.

As far as red flags, I disagree with him, but again, that is not changing policy. You know what would change policy? Having another Democrat in that seat who would then vote to blow up the filibuster. That would change policy. I am not saying Romney is great, I am saying that the chasm between him and being a Democrat is huge, and, in the real world, you play with the team you have.

Well, I disagree with him on most of that, though I do certainly agree that state by state AWBs are preferable to federal, just as I believe that state abortion rules are preferable to federal. Both are very much within the framework of how the founders set the country up. I just wouldn't want to be in a ban state.

I wouldn't support Trump vs most Republicans either, but I did vs a Democrat. Which is kind of the analogue of what I am saying. You don't always get what you want, and there are planned off ramps when you can jettison bad guys, but in other times, you play the hand you are dealt.

So I talked to someone closely associated with the audit a few hours ago and I can't stop smiling. They have found BOXES of fraudulent ballots. Not just invalid ballots or ballots that were not properly marked / counted.....
FAKE PAPER BALLOTS.
"How many boxes?" I asked
"More than enough" was the answer I got back.
That's just one category guys. There are MULTIPLE other categories.
I can't go into other details without risking the process and people doing it but I wanted to encourage you guys and give you some lab-tested pure hopium.
