At least he'll be able to use Fat Albert again on some drugged skeezer .

In the current dystopia that is the U.S.A., the establishment - the PA Supreme Court in this case - will not hold blacks responsible for anything, and we are told that their behavior is caused by white supremacy, systemic racism, and oppression.

Genetics for $500, Alex?

Insanity! Everyone knows the bastard is guilty. Yet the effin courts.....

I think everyone is missing something.

With all of this, he has to go down as the absolute best actor of all time. From the time I was a kid, I was under the impression in everything he did/said/appeared to be, that he was the nicest, mild mannered most wholesome guy on the planet that reminded me of a cool uncle or something.

Never in a billion years would a single person have picked 'Bill Cosby' out of the list of people who were likely to have drugged women and raped them.

Best. Actor. Ever.

Genetics for $1000, Alex? I mean, the thirst for pussy is over the top. Recall Tiger Woods?

Remember it was the mettoo movement and everyone wanted their day in the spotlight. I don't believe all the women's stories.

Celebs get pussy handed to them from all walks of life. Not sure why he had to drug them.

And, Best comedian.... in the "PG" related league (i.e. not in Richard Pryor or Lenny Bruce's League). It sucks that I have to disavow all of his classic comedy routines (I have all the albums) as a result of all of this. I mean, they were funny! Still, if the allegations are true, then .... well..... he'd better ask himself.... "How long can he tread water???"

bye Phelicia memes needed now. Apparently Rashida's in full support and the claws come out. what a pos......

Actually, I think the PASC got it just right.

He was released because of prosecutorial misconduct. They had a good case. They could have put him away. But because they wanted a 'show trial' that would let them write books, get famous, become the next Johnny Cochran... or State AG... they piled on with witnesses who had no need to be there. Vilified him at a personal level. Had crying court moments. It was a circus, run by the prosecution to create... a circus and appease the Me Too Movement.

That was not a trial. It was prosecutorial misconduct. And for that a rapist went free.

Now... when some other guy is up on trial for.... stealing Nancy Pelosi's Gavel... or making Bureau of Land Management look bad... or holing up in his cabin... and the prosecution tries to make an example, maybe they'll think twice. Doesn't matter what the color is.

Bill Cosby belongs behind bars. He should have been behind bars. He deserved to be behind bars.

But idiot state prosecutors who wanted to be reality TV stars and the next "Political It Girl" fucked up for their own ends and ego's and careers. And a rapist goes free. As well he should have. Not because he was innocent. But because the prosecutors are guilty of a worse crime. Trying to use a trial for their OWN personal glorification.

You know who belongs in jail now? The entire prosecutorial team. If the PASC had any real balls, they would have ordered the disbarment, firing, suspension and removal of the entire prosecution team from the justice system of the United States forever. They have NO business ever prosecuting an American citizen with that kind of attitude.

As it is, I hope that Bill Cosby's lawyers sue them for every cent they have. He spent time in jail. His life was ruined. His finances ruined. All because of Prosecutorial Misconduct.

Sounds like a zillion dollar civil law suit that Fat Albert can't lose!!

The only thing he was guilty of was pudding. Pudding his dick where it didn’t belong.
I have no doubt he was guilty of diddling and I'm sure some of those that were diddled knew what to expect.

But there's an underlying spin I read on arfcom that I could ponder, given everything else I've witnessed the last four years from the deep state. What if he was set up?

BC was going against the stereotypical grain of the narrative, speaking at universities telling blacks to quit blaming whitey for their problems, quit gang banging and acting like fools and get an education and a good job. He would admonish blacks telling them "Who's going to hire your kid with a gold grill in his mouth, nobody wants to look at that, and with names like Shaniqua and La'Darias?"

IOW, he was directing the slaves to get off the Dem. plantation and quit relying on their masters for their next handout. That didn't sit well with the Left. The next thing they would be doing is thinking for themselves, opening their own legal businesses and voting Republican. That didn't sit well with the slave owners at all.

Well-said.

If I were Derek Chauvin's legal team... I'd be calling Cosby's lawyers for an immediate consult, too.

Dude is a predator and a creep, but this is what happens when our courts start breaking rules and under minding laws to get convictions because thats what the people want.
How much you think his lawsuit is going to be worth?
He's gotta get paid, they fucked up.

That smug mother fucker. It is as you say, he belongs behind bars. A rapist is free from his remaining sentence because of the prosecutor

i bet he makes a "miraculous recovery" from all his new found health issues. It wouldnt surprise me if someone yeeted his ass.

“That was not a trial. It was prosecutorial misconduct. And for that a rapist went free.”

amen. frankly, i couldn’t care less. i mean, the clintons, and everyone else involved in the coup are still not only walking free, but they’re proud of themselves.

the rule of law is dead, and i have no fucks to give. FUCK it.

I don't really care about Bill Cosby's guilt or innocence either way. But I feel a lot of people need to be reminded that probably 75% (just a random number I pulled out of thin air) of the "information" fed to us by THE MEDIA over the last 20 yrs or so is false or at least manipulated to cause us to think a certain way. All I'm saying is we've been exposed to so much brainwashing over the years I'm beginning to question whether ANYthing I've learned from the media is true.

The together with the fact Biden also has shut down the prior admin's pedo-finding rings are not insignificant. I also wonder if the FBI guys recently accused of pedophilia really are - or is this just another was to suicide someone on the wrong side...

One thing I’m pretty sure of

if he had a public defender, or the type of lawyer most here could afford, he’d die in prison, and that defense would be laughed at as some half baked long shot defense.

Also clearly demonstrated America doesn’t judge on color, but will judge the shit out of you based on money and influence, oh to be rich in America!

You're a fucking idiot.
It's always been like that if you don't have the money you are going to jail.

Yeah. We wouldn't be seeing this unless "they" wanted us to. So I guess the time has come for our first woman president to take control?

Im sure many thought John Wayne Gacey and Ted Bundy were super nice mild mannered gentlmen as well.
Just saying

"As it turns out, it happened because of an agreement made decades ago by former Montgomery County District Attorney Bruce Castor, who said he would not charge Cosby. Although there's no evidence of that in writing, it stood up in court." -WFMZ-TV

"Follow the money." -Deep Throat

Jus sayin'...
