I just cannot see how people like that can be rehabilitated. The real question is how to PREVENT this, and it's damn sure not opening the borders up and having all sorts of bad shit flowing non-stop across. WHY these people got addicted is likely a failing of the parents (if they even had any). Not all of it is parents fault though...always the chance of an experimental child and these drugs are just way too addictive - 1 hit and it's over...an addict is born. Plenty of good parents lost their child to drugs. It's a very, very complex problem. But rest assured, liberal policies help foster it. It's sad for these people, sad for our country and most of all sad for homo sapiens.
