I made something similar, but wall mounted. Don't have pics (not wise when the intent is concealment) but it was similar to this. What you can see is not all you can get, if you know what I mean (the real stuff is behind what can be seen, which flipped up on a gas strut, if you know where the secret button is..)

Don’t make me defend the blue but that first knife with the handcuffs around it has an end on it for breaking windows when rolling up on an accident scene, easy to grab on the run, the inforce light is $118 it’s not a $29 Chinese piece of crap $118 is a decent piece of equipment, everything else looks legit, odds are he has no say in the kit his department buys…….

Going to get lit up by 12 volts DC? A smart man would assume that the person doing the cutting (sawing) won't try to cut the positive AND negative cables at the same time but...
A car battery has the amperage to hurt you, but 12 volts can't overcome the resistance of skin so it is almost impossible to even feel a shock. The real risk is creating sparks around fuel.
Anyone who has spent time around cars knows to just deal with the negative cable....less "spitzen mit sparkenen" LOL
May I suggest Klein 63050, made for cutting cable and will make quick work of any battery cable you will run into.
