Well, since Soros Fund Management doesn't actually make political donations, Soros does personally and through Open Society, I can only assume these are donations from somebody who works there, which is always listed on donor info. And since the article didn't specify Soros himself, or even a name at all, it is almost assuredly one of many Republicans who happens to work there.
