Here’s a thought for resolving the rising crime in “New York City.” Lay off every member of the New York City Police force. By laying them off they can seek new employment elsewhere while also earning, Well Earned unemployment benefits. Then abolish all laws.
Therefore, there can be no crime because there are no laws to break. All of New York Cities troubles will be over

basically how high schools got money for low crime numbers...and why they don't report them,
certain divisions of lapd were caught cooking the numbers,
