Don't mind getting scratched either. Spitting though? That automatically earns a face punch with full power behind it... THAT is most definitely not my fetish... Just like other primal, instinctive reactions, the disdain towards spitters, spitting on others, and being spat upon probably goes way back to prehistoric times where the act of spitting has already been used as an insult, and a very bad insult at that. During the Classic Age of Dueling, (1565-1910), spitting means you better be prepared to walk onto that field at dawn the next day with pistol or saber in hand.
