Anyone shoot 90 gr sierra mk in 223 Rem?

If you don't mind, what MV are you seeing? I use the 90gr SMKs in my .224 Valkyrie and have not experienced any of the problems at all they were supposedly plagued with (jacket separation, etc). Maybe those issues were prevalent with early lots, but no such problems for me. They are stable, assembled and accurate enough for my work.

We tried 90-grainers at the USAMU for 1,000-yard competition. Couldn't get them fast enough out of a 1-6.5 twist 20-inch M16 to make much difference against a Sierra 80.

Push that 90 out of a 24- to 28-inch bolt gun and you get some impressive performance -- plus, 77s and 80s seem to like 6.5 twist just as well.

If you try a double-base like VV N540 you might get a little more velocity without spiking pressure.

8208 might be a good option as well (for length).

SFC Brandon Green had a rifle built like yours. He wanted something fun for reach without getting beaten up without a brake.
