I think we are at a point now where we really need to keep our eyes open. With the SCOTUS loss today and the inability to circumvent the filibuster they will become like a cornered animal. I look for something extreme to take place. No telling what it will be, but it will like be something that’s incredibly divisive in order to have maximum impact.
The osha rule was/is clearly unconstitutional, as is the cms one. But there is plenty of precedent for requiring hc workers to have certain vaccinations. This is not new at all. These rules often extend to vendors and suppliers as well. So really scotus ruled today on what had been "standing rules" for quite sometime as far as I can tell...
Now, it could be argued if the covid shots meet the actual criteria of a vaccine...in good faith. And of course, plenty of "data" to argue either way.

Though there is an account of a Knight winning a tourney with his visor up for the entire duration of the tourney, but he was obviously lucky and a extremely skilled. The other knights thought he was a complete fool until he trounced them and won the whole damn thing with nary a scratch on his face. Again tho, that knight was the exception not the rule. Going without a full faced armor visor was basically asking for a dagger through the eye socket.
