No doubt, but past experience has shown me that 'accessory manufacturers' often get product well be for it's release to the public for the specific purpose of development/testing. I suspect a bunch of 45/46 cal suppressors that are rated for the 338 Lapua and 450BM, will be rated for the 400...

Called the ATF this morning - "pending' for whatever that's worth. Was told national average is 180 days. Told the ATF rep that 180 days was a far cry from 60-90 days and 211 days was an even further cry. They could care less. Pretty sure I'm on their radar now, if I wasn't before . . . . ...

The additional .2" of case length and increase in COAL, thus almost necessitating an XM length action is pretty much a show stopper for me. While the 7 PRC could be built on a Tikka action, I prefer the Rem 700 clones. For now, and the foreseeable future, I'll stick with my 7 SAUM.

What gun, and what was the COAL? Starting to work up loads for a Defiance anTi with a 20" Bartlein #4 CF, 8T. Previously loaded worked up a load of 56.5gr / RL26 @2.830 and ran them thru a Deviant Hunter with a 13# Bartlein S/S, 8T. 3080fps average with 1/2MOA accuracy.

Info much appreciated. Looks like I'll be ordering another anTi. I have 2 Proof pre-fits on Tikka actions. The shanks are marked at least 2x if not 3x around its radius. On both of mine, the caliber marking ended up above the stock line - one on the left; one on the right.

How does the ATF correlate your user account to the eForm submitted by the dealer? Email address? Suppressor S/N?

Someone mentioned to be sure the action wrench was attached properly. Sure would be nice if someone could post an actual photo of a properly attached external action wrench aka Wheeler #1.
