    My buddy is looking at buying a 30-378 and was told with some special powder, you can get 5,000rds of good accuracy. I told him no FREAKING way!!!! Is there any such combination that would get acceptable accuracy and 5,000rds in a 30-378???

    Thanks for the help... "GA Precision" gives like 5 results. Not many people list it that way. Most use GAP. Not looking for a specific caliber....just wanting a new toy. Frustrating not to be able to search for one of the more popular items in a category because the name is short.

    Re: 280 Ackley Improved Build Having had both....my thoughts are save the trouble and stick with a 280Rem. IMO the gains are not worth the effort. The 280 alone is great but if you are looking for a certain speed number, there are other standard cartridges that will get you there.
