Search Help....already looked in FAQ

I am trying to search the Firearms For Sale section. Only looking for GAP rifles. If I type in GAP into the search forum, it pops back with too short or too common of a search.

If I type in GA Precision.....it searches for precision.

Any help appreciated.

Try putting them in quotes (i.e. - "GA Precision") or using GAP +[insert caliber you are looking for] or use the vBulletin Google search linked to in my sig line which won't nail you for too few characters as a search term.

In any event...restrict your search by date (i.e. - the last month or so) in descending order as that should help. Otherwise, you'll find GAP rifles from LONG ago that have already sold and found new homes.

Thanks for the help...

"GA Precision" gives like 5 results. Not many people list it that way. Most use GAP.

Not looking for a specific caliber....just wanting a new toy.

Frustrating not to be able to search for one of the more popular items in a category because the name is short.
