I knew this was an issue when I ordered mine. I was told the issue was corrected. No, it wasn't. Not only are the turrets not as positive as the Gen 2 but the parallax was so stiff it would barely move. They fixed it but, why not correct the issue at the factory? To me this is a waste of time...

Best part they don't make jack. LOW makes the scope in Japan. Yup my Gen 2 was a better unit.

I called today shipping it back this week. For the money these cost they should correct these issues. Pull them out of the box and repair them before they go out.

I just got one this week. Parallax rings is insanely stiff, and the turret feel doesn't match. Elevation is louder and more positive. They don't lock up very firm. Funny when I placed the order they told me these issues were fixed on the current ones. BS I'm sending it back tomorrow.

Kinda pissed since I knew they had an issue and I asked them before I placed the order was this addressed on the current ones, and they said yes. My parallax needs a throw lever it's that tight.
