Prime ammo 6.5 Creed ammo primer pockets?

Are they crimped? I just peeled the side off of a federal gold medal match primer trying to seat it.

Gunsmithing Help* removing a bolt knob gunsmith glued on

I fucking grabbed it! It wasn't even exceptionally hard, and it came off in my hand. That right after the first shot of a local match. I had 39 more rounds, with a pretty tight time limit.

Gunsmithing Help* removing a bolt knob gunsmith glued on

Would rather have it glued on, than have the threads strip out of an aluminium bolt knob at a match. Grabbing hold of a 5/16"stud under a time limit sucks! A little bit of heat goes a long way when dealing with any adhesive. Glad you got it off without to much hassle.

Rifle Scopes Diopter, and FFP, and SFP optics...altering zero ?'s

On a FFP scope you are mostly correct. On a SFP it is described well in this thread: https://www.snipershide.com/shooting/forum/sniper%C2%92s-hide%C2%AE-armory-supply/sniper-s-hide-rifle-scopes/75510-point-of-aim-shift-when-changing-power-on-scope

And yes on all SFP scopes, the POI will drift a bit...

    6.5 prc

My only concern about this cartridge would be long term support from Hornady. They have recently started making WSM brass for the first time because of their support of the RCM cartridge. This is obviously them trying to repuraise 300RCM brass that didn't sell.

Rifle Scopes First Precision Rifle Scope for a New Guy

If going on a rimfire, it's really hard to beat the SWFA scopes. The fixed power focuses down to 10 meters, the3-15 down to 6! I have played with Steve' s BSA, and it seems to be a pretty good scope, but I am not sure if I would trust it on a center-fire rifle.
