Biscuits, I have a tikka t3 6.5 creed and a 6.5prc. The creed shooting 147s at 2600 doesn’t smoke bullets but the prc is a proof barrel 7.5 twist 4 groove that smokes them with factory ammunition.

I have 5 tikkas and my 7mag has the lightest bolt lift. I switched bolts into different guns and nothing changed. my theory is some firing pin springs are a little heavier than others so when you cock open the bolt to open and compress that spring thats where you feel the difference in bolt...
I made a dummy round with the berger 168 classic hunter, it will reach the lands, fit in the stock mag, and not intrude too far into the case. Might save you some cheese if it shoots well in your gun.
