I'm in eastern NC, Jacksonville area. From the searching I've done it sounds like I have to travel a ways for anything over 500, anyone know of good coyote hunting land? I've tried public game lands and they are packed with deer and bird hunters

I can't seem to get enough friction/grip to load the bipod properly, shooting prone on grass and sitting off a concrete bench. Unless my idea of "loading" is grossly off, is there any one that makes more tacky/grippy feet for Harris bipods? Or do I need to entirely switch systems? Thanks!
