    I have a 16" with a Suppressor on it and it is also about .75 MOA with my hand loads. 175 SMK with 42.1 grains of RL15 with CCI BR2 primers in LC brass. FGMM 168's do real close to the same results too.

    What did you use to paint your rifle?

    AICS stock Kryloned with OD green, FDE, and black. Finished with a clear coat. Used stencils that I drew and cut out. Holding up very well. Dura coated by usgunworks 30calsniper here on the hide Dura coated by usgunworks 30calsniper here on the hide

    Got muzzle brake and it changed accuracy. Why?

    I got a PWS muzzle brake and put it on my remington 700 5r 308 with 20" barrel. Usually I can shoot a 5 shot group at 100 yards with my CAN on it (no brake) and I can cover the group with a dime. I installed the PWS brake and it opened my group to about 1 to 1-1/4 inches at 100 yards. Anyone...

    Anyone use a 308 "ares armor effin A compensator" on bolt gun? I have an opportunity to get on for my 20" remington 700 5r. Wondering if anyone has used one as a brake on their bolt gun? Loud? Effective? Pictures would be great. Thanks for looking.

    good points. I didnt even think about the carbon build up and how dirty rimfires are. I guess I will have to just get a .22 can.

    dpms sass whats your experience with it?

    Try Armalite national match. I had one too (as well as a DPMS SASS) and It was more more accurate than the SASS. Only problem is the use of different mags. (Magpul plastic vs. Armature metal mags).

    I had one a while ago and for the first 150 rds it would shoot like a bolt gun..5 shot group, 5 holes overlapping (at 100 yards). Almost one ragged hole! Awesome results with my 175 grain hand loads. Then for some reason it opened to 2" with the same loads for the next 200 rds. Not sure why it...

    Making the AICS fit??

    I have 2 ( old remmy and new 5r) and no mods what so ever. No bedding either and both shoot awesome. i had an older AICS 1.5 and had to file out a spot for the trigger safety but that's it. Maybe depending on the year make of the stock and year of the action, might have slight differences.
