    New Burris BTS35 V2 Thermal

What about the lens... I know that for thermal long wave IR to efficiently get through to the sensor without much loss, there was like silicon germanium glass for this, which in larger objective lenses was pricey. What's the deal with this Burris, does it have 'good glass' for purposes of...

SOLD Remington 700P/Police/PSS 308 *PRICE DROP*

I have one of these from this era, about 1500 rounds down and I think it's just broken in. So accurate with basic prepared handloads and FGM 175. Cheap to accurize even further. Highly recommended as a very viable first long distance rifle platform.

    JP LRP-07 Accuracy Issue

Have a shorter barrel LRP-07, one of the early builds, in 6.5CM. I cannot get it to shoot reliably at 0.75MOA or less at 100 yards. Tried a few Hornady off the shelf selections and Prime, but still no help. Tried all kinds of things. I am sure some of it is my issue with how to operate a semi vs...

Given the monocular eyepiece option, *could* one mount this on a rifle pic rail, or just no, this is a helmet NV based clip on thing.

Night Vision HEADS-UP - Vectronix COTI deal!

I know less than nothing about these devices in terms of how they are used, but the europtics ad does show a picatinny like rail mounting ring. What would that ring be for? Also the monocular eye piece also has a pic mount?

AB Mobile Important Update (Release Version 2.0+)

reviewing my data, on my 6.5 Prime Ammo, for which there is no alternative mistake, unfortunately, again, there is an overestimation of elevation needed to hit the target. The only thing I can think of is the projectile is leaving the barrel much faster, in the hot weather, compared to the zero...

AB Mobile Important Update (Release Version 2.0+)

so I have purchased AB and the 6.5 bullet model for the 140 Hornady ELD-M. I believe I did a good job of getting a good average muzzle velocity as an input. I have checked the density altitude, temp etc atmosphere inputs from my Kestrel and local wx stations as a check. After all this input I...

    What brass for 300WM

BHA brass is providing me excellent results. I get it once fired. Use the Larry Willis collet resizing tool, prep the primer pocket, and send out for annealing. The results are good. You can get Norma brass, which I have some and it seems to work as well as the BHA despite all the reputation of...

    338 Lapua Retumbo loads

reviving this thread, as I am going back to Retumbo since VV powders have proved impossible to get from anywhere for many months now. AFAIAC, VV is out of business. Back to Hogdgon and IMR choices. The problem now is I have to invest in finding a doggone accuracy node with Retumbo ... I spent...

Night Vision NOOB question about thermal rifle scopes

reading about thermography etc., I see that to get a proper temp reading you need to enter in emissivity and the reflected temperature, and there is this whole procedure to do that, if you are using thermal imaging to accurately measure temps of various things. But in rifle scopes, we just want...

Night Vision *NEW* N-VISION TC35 and TC50 clip-ons available at TNVC

is there any review or pics or video to post of this unit? It is from the specs an 800x600 sensor... that would be significantly more than the VGA sensor in the FLIRs and others. So, therefore very interested to see how it compares with the other current products.
