    I upgraded from an Athlon Argos BTR. So far yes. I just got it last week. I mounted it on my RPR and took it out today. Nice clear glass. Positive clicks on the turrets. I'm still playing with loads so I didn't mess with the zero stop. I just zeroed it and did some shooting.

    That was one of the scopes I seriously considered for my RPR. When I found I could get a Viper PST Gen II 5-25x50 for very close to the same price the Nikon is going for by virtue of a PM to one of the vendors here I decided to go that route.

    In between storms I was able to try a few loads through my 6.5 Creedmoor RPR. It's been shooting great with almost anything but this load has promise. Load is a 147 gr ELD in front of 40.5 gr of H4350 in a Hornady case with CCI 200 primer. OAL was 2.805". Velocity was 2611 out of the factory...

    Check your rail. I've read that some were machined incorrectly. Ruger replaced them. FWIW I had loose screws on mine from the factory.

    Ruger PC Carbine

    I've got one and actually it's been a blast. I stuck a Romeo 5 red dot on it to help out my old eyes and it's heck on jack rabbits in the desert. I have no complaints. It is reasonably accurate, has a decent trigger and has been 100% reliable with the Glock and Magpul 15 rd mags I use.

    Federal GMM issues in a semi auto 308?

    I've shot FGMM through several Armalite AR-10s, a Colt LE901, a S&W M&P-10 and a SCAR-17 with no problems. Works good in my issue 700P and personal 700 SPS Tactical too.
