Looks like the Nucleus bolt head will fit in the Archimedes but not the other way around. Has ARC/Ted said anything regarding that topic? Nucleus on the left, Archimedes on the right. These are 0.535" (nucleus) and 0.378" (archimedes) bolts.
Yes, this is something I demonstrated when I installed the barrel and the firing pin stopped falling when closing the bolt. I want to be clear, when my Nucleus + TT without barrel installed firing pin dropped it was ONLY when running the bolt very hard/fast and even then it was not repeatable...

Cool. Thanks. I guessed somewhere around 0.269" for about 0.002" tension but without having fired brass in hand it's tough to guess. My typical experience with Lapua brass is to add 0.028" to the bullet diameter then subtract desired tension.
