Frisbee. Seriously. Place the bipod legs on the frisbee and you can pan all you'd ever want. Also great for sand/snow/mud. They make it a little tough to load the bipod though.

I'm still trying to figure out what this damn thing could be... The catch part is that it's useful for PRS *AND* 3-gun. I don't see many 3-gunners running a bipod. Maybe a barricade device? But those already exist... It's worse that Christmas as a kid!
