Re: So, what does a 1000 yd shot look like? Great pictures indeed! What's scary is once you get comfortable at 1000 yds, what else is there?? haha! I need to find some friends with extremely large ranches to go shoot on. I can barely find 300 yds in my area, much less 1000. One day though...
Re: Moa or Mil, which is easier to learn? I think that is the hard thing about going from MOA to MILS for me. I keep comparing the MILS to a inch measure for reference. Thanks for the great info, even if this topic is BTD.
Re: Thank you Scott @ Liberty Optics +1. He has been more than patient with me. Not including that, the service after the sale is what keeps me returning. He has helped me tremendously. Now I have to decide....Trijicon 1-4x or aimpoint....
Re: Vortex customer service is awesome Yup. I had a problem with a cheap vortex scope. Sent it in and I got another one. No hassles whatsoever. Definitely lives up to their warranty claim.
Re: Ordered IOR Valdada That is always a plus Scott! On another note, I just got mine in today! Definitely love it so far and will be testing it out tomorrow! With all that's been happening to me, you don't know how much I appreciate your CS. I will be putting together my rifle tonight...
Re: 700 SPS Tactical upgrades....advice I agree with the members on here about glass. I made that mistake when I first started out and had to "settle" for an optic that fit the budget (which was extremely low from buying the "nonessentials"). And now that I have seen/shot through better...
Re: What Ever Happened To Customer Service? It's just the times we live in. Work ethic and pride in workmanship for many has gone down the drain. I feel your pain OP. I too have been through many companies almost exactly like that. Hopefully, you'll get taken care of soon. With restaurants...
Re: New for the Remington 700 - the Bolt Lift Yes, I mean by changing out to threaded ones. I see where your point is. I probably wouldn't have a problem with it but many people tend to "over-torque" little screws like that. I see your method was the best overall. Just trying to think of...
Re: New for the Remington 700 - the Bolt Lift I was thinking if it were possible to have the brass sleeves replace the two pins. This way, you would definitely be able to use bolts to crank down on the o-rings and have no gap whatsoever. I use the two large to get very little movement but...
Re: First time out with my new 700P Great shooting! Great setup also. I have had a chance to shoot/look through the 10x SWFA and it is definitely a good optic for the money. Plan on doing hand loads?
Re: Ordered IOR Valdada Sweet. I still like looking at pictures of the scope. I just ordered mine today. Scott was more than patient with me. Thanks Scott! Hopefully, it won't disappoint, but I highly doubt it. From the latest reviews, the latest IOR is fantastic!
