Here is another high end Japanese scope: http://www.primaryarms.com/new-primary-arms-platinum-series-6-30x56-ffp-scope-with-deka-mil-reticle-pa6-30x56ffp-deka-ams Not a Tremor, Horus, or christmas tree reticle but possibly acceptable to you.
https://www.eurooptic.com/Steiner-M5Xi-military-3-15x50mm-Tremor-II-34mm-Scope-8706-TremorII-Blemished.aspx Just looked again at Steiners. They are $2,400. Here is another high end Japonese scope for your consideration.
Eurooptics.com has a couple of Steiner Military model demos that I think hit your budget. 34mm tube, feature rich, and great glass. A new player out there is Athlon. Supposed to be built in the same plant in Japan as top level Vortex, Sightron, Zeiss Teran, March, etc...
Here is a review of high end scopes from YouTube that I found informative. The only brand that is not available in the US is Delta. He quotes prices in pounds UK. Our prices tend to be lower. Rudolf are not distributed in US either
Might want to quote a price range that you are considering and expected use. I'm lusting for a VOR Valdada MX-7 Recon Tactical Rifle Scope 40mm Tube 4-28x 50mm. When I get an extra $3000 I will get one. Schott glass throughout. As good as any great scope out there.
